Terms of Service

KJ Digital Solutions provides Cyber Ready Pro as a risk-reduction and readiness consultancy. We help small and mid-size businesses organize evidence, map controls to carrier questionnaires, and prepare materials for broker submission.

We are not an insurance broker, agent, or carrier. We do not bind coverage, quote premiums, or negotiate policy terms on your behalf. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.

Readiness scores, sample reports, external scans, and verified assessments are informational and operational tools. They do not guarantee insurance approval, renewal, premium reduction, favorable terms, or claim payment.

Underwriters and carriers make independent decisions based on their appetite, forms, and facts available at submission. Past results for other clients are not a promise of your outcome.

You are responsible for the accuracy of questionnaire answers, self-attestations, and information you provide to us, your broker, and carriers.

You remain responsible for operating and maintaining security controls after an assessment. Deliverables describe posture at a point in time; drift, incidents, or misconfiguration after delivery are your operational responsibility unless covered by a separate managed services agreement.

You sign insurance applications and bind coverage with your broker or carrier — not KJ Digital Solutions.

Free readiness tools are self-reported and unverified unless explicitly labeled otherwise. Paid Readiness Review and related tiers are defined in scope summaries, engagement terms, and intake materials you accept before work begins.

Read-only cloud consent (Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace), when used, is limited to evidence collection described in the consent flow. We do not take ownership of your tenant or change production settings without a written change order.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KJ Digital Solutions and its personnel are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost coverage, denied claims, or premium changes arising from use of this site, tools, or deliverables.

Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to Cyber Ready Pro services is limited to the fees you paid to us for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months before the claim, except where a signed engagement letter states otherwise.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms of Service. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
