This policy describes how KJ Digital Solutions handles personal and business information collected through Cyber Ready Pro.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide and limited technical data needed to operate the funnel:

  • Contact and company details: name, work email, phone, company name, headcount or revenue bands.
  • Questionnaire and quiz answers from free readiness checks and paid intake forms.
  • Payment-related metadata processed by our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers on our servers).
  • Optional read-only cloud consent records when you authorize Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace evidence collection.
  • Broker referral and partner intake details when submitted through designated forms.
  • Privacy-safe analytics events (e.g., page views, funnel steps) without selling personal data to ad networks.

How we use information

We use collected data to:

  • Deliver assessments, reports, PDFs, and broker handoff materials you request.
  • Operate evidence collection, crosswalks, and carrier submission support within agreed scope.
  • Send transactional and nurture emails you opt into (e.g., quiz follow-up, intake receipts) with unsubscribe where required.
  • Improve the product, debug issues, and protect against abuse.
  • Comply with law and respond to valid legal process.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data with subprocessors that help us run the site (hosting, email, payments, database) under contractual obligations, and with your broker or carrier only when you direct us to include materials in a submission package.

Retention and deletion

We retain lead, intake, and assessment records for as long as needed to deliver services, meet legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes — typically up to twenty-four (24) months after last activity for marketing leads unless you request earlier deletion and no legal hold applies.

Verified assessment artifacts may be retained per engagement terms and your broker’s needs; ask us for a data export or deletion request at the contact email on our site.

Security

We use industry-standard practices for transport encryption, access control on operator systems, and least-privilege access to production data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; report suspected issues to us promptly.

Your choices

You may unsubscribe from marketing or nurture emails via links in those messages where provided. You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data by contacting us; we will respond within a reasonable time subject to verification and legal requirements.
